Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery depends upon the following factors:
The products available in our Indian Warehouse would be delivered within 2 working days. If any product is not available due to any reason, the amount for that product will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Delivery Locations:
Currently, our Shipping Partners are servicing only in selected pin codes, so kindly check the service availability before placing the order.
Non-availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
We suggest providing the exact and detailed address to avoid undeliverable shipments. Also, make sure that the address provided does not have restricted entry for courier personnel. In such cases of undelivered shipments, customers would have to bear service charges for Shipping.
Delay in Delivery:
In case of any delay in delivery due to some unforeseen reasons, Ruon Deals will inform you about the revised delivery date. In such case of delay, customer can request for the cancellation of the order.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges would be calculated at the time of checkout on the basis of order amount and total weight of the order. However, customer can avail Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 799/-. Customers can also take advantage of the promotions and offers run by Ruon Deals on the site and app.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched form our delivery point, an email or an SMS will be sent to you on the email address and mobile number provided by you under “Shipping Address” and Order placed with us.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Ruon Deals. Our Returns Policy gives you 7 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. We don’t offer you a return or exchange after 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept the returns if the product:
- -Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- -Has missing parts or accessories
- -Was Wrongly delivered
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- -The item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition.
- -Wrong Product Delivered (provided the exact item is available)
- -Defective item/does not work properly
- -Item has missing parts or accessories
- -If Products are altered or used.
- -If the Product is returned without Original Packaging.
- -For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 7 days of the delivery.
