Return Policy

Thanks for visiting & shopping with Ruon Deals. Ruon Deals Team understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. Know this - we work around the clock to try and get you your products in the shortest time frame possible.

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Ruon Deals. Our Returns Policy gives you 5 days to return or exchange an item bought online with a valid receipt. We don’t offer you a return or exchange after 5 days of Delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept the returns if the product:

  • -Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • -Has missing parts or accessories
  • -Was Wrongly delivered

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, Feeding Bottles, Disposable Products, Pet Supplies, Jewelry, Sports & Fitness, Computer Accessories, Beauty & Grooming Products because of the Hygiene factor.

* The above products will be returnable if they are in damage or defective condition. Contact Us within 5 days of the product delivery, if you receive any damage or defective product.

*We suggest you, to capture Images or Video while unpacking your products, for faster processing of return and refund if you receive any damaged product.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Exchange/Replacement (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it with the same item, Contact us for an exchange request.
You can exchange the product if:
  • -The item you ordered arrived in a damaged/defective condition.
  • -Wrong Product Delivered (provided the exact item is available)
  • -Defective item/does not work properly
  • -Item has missing parts or accessories

For, getting your product exchanged or replaced, please do the following steps:

Reply to your Return/Exchange Authorisation Mail with the images of the damaged products and the invoice copy. Without images, the product will not be replaced.

NOTE: We don’t accept the returns/exchange:

  • -If Products are altered or used.
  • -If Product is returned without Original Packaging.
  • -For Damaged/Missing product that is reported after 5 days of the delivery.

Return/Exchange Process:

You may return all items sold by Ruon Deals within 5 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. Customer needs to send a Return/Exchange Request through Contact Us form along with the Order ID, once we receive your request we will review the request and approve the same if it is as per our terms and policies. Once the same is approved you may then pack your items securely in the original box/bag with your order list and mail to us along with the original invoice. We will confirm the return address where you can send the item via trackable post or courier.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address mentioned in the Return Request Approval Mail. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
